Had an awesome experience with Bixby Appliance Repair for Double Wall Oven Repair. Found them via a quick online search, and seeing their impressive reviews, I decided to give them a shot. My old Thermador oven was on the fritz, and I needed it fixed asap.
The tech, Mark, showed up right on time. Friendly guy, knew his stuff. He took a quick look at the oven and knew right away what the issue was. Talk about efficient! In no time, he had it running like new.
Throughout the whole process, he explained everything in simple terms—none of that confusing jargon. Felt like chatting with a buddy who just happens to know a lot about ovens.
